Samantha at the front desk was absolutely outstanding! She greeted us with a warm smile, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast staff also deserves recognition for their outstanding service and delicious options. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the hotel's furnishings were top-notch. Despite the current restrictions, the breakfast selection was limited but tasty, and the coffee was excellent. The staff promptly found and mailed my forgotten custom pillow, which I greatly appreciated. The entire building was clean, quiet, and the staff was responsive. Lastly, the internet was flawless. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool was a great addition to our stay. the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel itself was very clean, and the internet connection was excellent.

There was a slight issue with the room door not shutting all the way, so we had to switch rooms to a lower level. Also, the initial price for the room increased by over $150 when I had to change the dates, which was disappointing.

Our room was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel had tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during breakfast service, despite the restrictions. The selection may have been limited, but everything was delicious, especially the coffee!

While the bathroom was a bit on the small side, the shower had hot water, although the water pressure was a little weak.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our romantic escape. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a cozy getaway. the location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was offered, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day of exploring.

The only downside was that we had some trouble with parking. When we arrived late in the evening, it was difficult to find a spot to park our car.

Everything was fantastic.

The staff, especially Samantha, was exceptional and provided great service. the breakfast area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were disappointed to find out that the pool was not operating during our stay, despite choosing the hotel for that reason. the manager did not make any accommodations or offer a discount for the inconvenience, which left us feeling frustrated.
