The room was spacious and well decorated, exceeding my expectations. The amenities provided were excellent, with everything you could think of.

The location was not ideal, with limited restaurant options nearby. Crossing the highway access roads to get to restaurants on the other side was dangerous, especially at night.

As youngsters, we loved the variety of breakfast options and the free coffee with flavored creamer all day long. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast staff were fabulous, constantly keeping the food selections stocked and being helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Plano and it was such a great value for my money. The room was incredibly comfortable with one of the best beds I've had while traveling. The location was convenient and the staff, especially Franco, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

The breakfast experience could be improved by removing the ticket system. It would be much easier for guests to enjoy multiple servings without having to worry about getting additional tickets each day.

Although there was some traffic noise due to the hotel's location, it didn't bother me much as I wore ear plugs. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast was amazing, plenty of great options and all very fresh. the breakfast staff was also very friendly and helpful, always making sure everything was stocked and ready for guests. the location was convenient, with many nearby attractions and restaurants to choose from. the cleanliness of the hotel was definitely a positive aspect - the custodial staff worked hard to keep the common areas tidy.

the AC controller unit was faulty and the AC kept turning off - this made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Plano East - Richardson is perfect for any traveler. Excellent services, clean rooms, and a lovely lobby with fresh flowers. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options. The modern and bright aesthetic, comfortable bed, and large TV added to the overall experience. The location was great, and the free WiFi had fast speed.
