We frequently stay at this hotel when transporting our daughters to Cedarville Univ. This was our best stay ever! The breakfast selection was very good, hot and fresh. Loved the egg-white omelettes, a healthy choice! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a big improvement. Clean, comfortable, well-lit facility with plenty of parking. The check-in clerk was the friendliest and most upbeat I've ever dealt with. Sarah and Myles were both wonderful, offering great assistance.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location was convenient and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were incredibly cozy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the communication from the staff before and during our stay. While there were some minor cleaning issues, overall our experience was enjoyable. The breakfast provided was convenient, although there were some maintenance issues with the dining area. Despite this, we would still recommend Holiday Inn Express for its great amenities and comfortable accommodations.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield! The value for my money was excellent, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to Route 72 and plenty of nearby eateries. The staff, especially Sarah and Myles, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Sarah kindly offered to store my luggage when I couldn't check in early, and Myles had everything ready for me when I returned later. They even hung up my worn-out jacket! Carla, the GM, was exceptional, and the friendly and helpful staff made a big improvement from my previous stays. Plus, the breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, with a great selection of hot and fresh items.

The hotel breakfast could use some improvement. On Saturday morning, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the breakfast area had overflowing garbage cans and no cinnamon rolls.

Exceptional Customer Service

During my stay at Holiday Inn Express, I had a minor issue with the lighting in my room. However, the front desk staff, Sarah and Myles, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Sarah offered to help carry my belongings to my room and even suggested using the nearby bathroom while they fixed the lighting. When I returned later, Myles had everything prepared for me, including hanging up my jacket. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist truly made a difference.

The room was cozy and welcoming, and the shower with two shower heads was a luxurious touch. The breakfast was well-organized, and I loved that they prepared our food right in front of us. It felt safe and hygienic. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield for a wedding. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and quickly replaced the pen and kleenex in our room. The location was conveniently close to the freeway, making it easy to get around. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and building were clean. Despite a small issue with the microwave, the maintenance team promptly resolved the problem. The pool was clean and at a comfortable temperature. A great stay overall!
