My husband and I recently stayed at a hotel for five nights with our two service dogs. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to assist us when needed. Despite the limited breakfast options of yogurt or a muffin, the food was satisfactory and sufficient. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room, especially the attention given to the beds and sheets. The location of the hotel was also convenient, close to the freeway and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of issues that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the housekeeping service was not up to par.

Clean and new, conveniently located near the freeway with a gas station across the street. Easy access for travelers passing through SLC area. Comfortable soft beds with clean sheets. Decent cable TV. Great breakfast with attentive staff maintaining cleanliness and fully stocked items.

That upon arrival, there were no towels in the room, which was a little annoying after a long journey with tired kids. the hot tub in the pool area was not heated, despite multiple requests.

the room and amenities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I believe they could easily charge double or triple the price and the room would still be worth it. Having stayed in numerous hotels around the world, I must say that this might have been one of the nicest experiences I've had. the breakfast was great, the staff was wonderful, and the rooms and lobby were clean and comfortable. the on-site pay per load laundry was also convenient, and I appreciated the good quality soap and lotion provided in the rooms. the selection of TV channels was nice, and all the employees were kind, hard-working, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. a superb experience at this property.
