As a group of friends, we loved the cleanliness, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere. No noise disturbance and comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its location. Right across from the lake, this place is in a great area with lots of walking distance to the beach. The room had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The patio outside my room was a nice touch and allowed me to enjoy the beautiful weather. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and even provided car hire and laundry services.

My only regret is that I didn't bring my family along to enjoy this wonderful place. It would have been perfect for them, but I highly recommend this hotel to families looking to stay in this metropolitan area.

This hotel is right across from the lake, offering stunning views from every room. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown and the beach areas of St. Joe. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Plus, some rooms even have a balcony for enjoying the view. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest has a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also a highlight, with French toast included and a variety of options to choose from.

There was a noisy family at the pool which made it less enjoyable for other guests. The lack of a separate bedroom in the suite was a bit inconvenient for us.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, just across the street from a beautiful lake where we could watch stunning sunsets. The breakfast was convenient and delicious, with a standout attendant making sure everything was clean and hot. The staff members were friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate an additional reservation. They even helped us find wineries to visit the next day. The view of Lake Michigan was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We will definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff made me feel welcome. The concierge even gave my kids a bucket full of fun goodies to use at the nearby beach. The family suite we stayed in was perfect, with a separate room that had bunk beds for the kids. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location of this hotel was also great, as it was just a short drive to downtown and the beautiful Silver Beach. Parking was never an issue, and there was a nice grassy area with picnic tables across the street where I could enjoy the stunning sunset. Additionally, there was a reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance that had lovely outdoor seating. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and provided a lot of choices, including items that could be microwaved for a hot breakfast. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, location, and breakfast made this a memorable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with a stunning view of Lake Michigan. Loved having a separate room for the baby. Comfortable beds and pillows made for a peaceful sleep. Breakfast had a decent variety and was served by friendly staff. Enjoyed the discounted meal and live music at the nearby restaurant.

Amazing stay! the complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival were a lovely surprise. the hotel is perfectly situated for a romantic getaway, with stunning views of the water. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Our requested room was not available and we had to wait for a different room to be ready.

My room had a beautiful unobstructed lake view, equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Clean, comfortable and convenient location to downtown. The free breakfast area had ample seating and a very sweet woman keeping it stocked. I recommend this hotel.
