Our Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the staff was so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions in the area. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we loved the convenience of having a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in our room.

The only downside was the lack of variety in the vending machine snacks. We would have liked to see a wider selection available.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great stay at Database Staff. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable for both adults and children. The staff was extremely helpful when we needed to extend our stay and they took care of all the arrangements for us. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the Temple/Belton area's amazing historical landmarks. We enjoyed a day of sightseeing, exploring the beautiful old mansions near UMHB.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the staff went beyond great service. The room was also clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bed sheets and towels. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and we appreciated the availability of drinking water fountains in the corridors. The pool area was enjoyable, and we felt safe parking our car in the spacious parking lot. We also found the location satisfactory, with easy access to transportation and a feeling of general safety. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and satisfying Free Continental Breakfast.

We had a great weekend! We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were and how enormous the shower was. the staff were great too, offering coffee and being particularly helpful when we asked about food allergies. the fact that breakfast was included and so tasty was a fantastic bonus.

The noise level was high and there were cigarette butts all over the outside grounds.

The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, with a variety of choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and even a pancake machine. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and Kuerig coffee maker. The indoor pool and spa tub are perfect for relaxation after a long day, and the fitness center has all the basics and more, including free weights and yoga balls.

Can't fault anything about it.

Good location and clean rooms are the only good things about this place. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was okay, but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was subpar with limited options, and the pool was out of order during my stay.

The noise level was unbearable, with young people running up and down the halls and banging on doors. The hotel was understaffed, and there was no one to help with room cleaning.
