The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided treats for our dog. The location was perfect, just outside the centre of Bowness, making it easy for us to walk there with our dog. We also appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate our dietary needs, providing soy and almond milk for breakfast.
