Conveniently located, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was ready upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxation. The breakfast had a good variety, even accommodating gluten-free options. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Despite being busy, the hotel was quiet for a peaceful sleep.

My husband and I recently stayed at the new hotel on the very edge of the Wichita metro area. The modern art deco design throughout the hotel gave it a stylish and contemporary feel. Unhelpful front desk staff when asked about staying an extra day due to a snowstorm, thin walls allowing noise from neighboring rooms, pool closed for repairs, busy week resulted in unclean halls and dining area with running out of coffee and breakfast items.

Nothing not to like.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They provided excellent customer service and really made my stay enjoyable. They even offered complimentary cookies and water upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was also great, as it was set back from the busy road, so traffic noise wasn't an issue. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There were a few negatives to my stay. the breakfast was a disappointment.
