I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Woodside Queens for a couple of nights. Despite being on the first floor facing a busy street, there was no traffic noise thanks to the soundproofing. The suite was spacious with a well-arranged floor plan and comfortable amenities like plump and soft pillows, large TVs, and a pleasant scent upon entering. The staff, especially the airport shuttle drivers, were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sering Jalollow, an exceptional employee with impressive professionalism and a warm demeanor.

The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property also seemed new and well-maintained, and our one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen was absolutely beautiful. Despite the location seeming a bit off, we found it to be a comfortable stay overall.

The lack of room service and the absence of a kettle in the room. Also, the check-in process took more than 30 minutes as the front desk was unattended, and the lobby had an unpleasant smell and was crowded with children and other people.
