I recently stayed at this hotel during a short trip to Scranton and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was clean and had a cheerful atmosphere. The rooms offered stunning views, and I loved having access to the gym and pool whenever I wanted. The shuttle service was a lifesaver, especially since renting a car was a bit of a challenge. I also appreciated the nearby pub and am looking forward to trying it out on my next visit. this was the best hotel stay I've ever had, and I didn't even have to leave the state!

We had a two room suite and everything was neat and well-kept. The breakfast selection at this hotel was very nice. It was substantial and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Best Western Plus was clean and the bathroom was spotless! the hotel provided a delicious hot breakfast with good coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the furniture and décor were updated. I appreciated the convenience of having extra items to heat in the room, as we didn't want to go out for dinner. a great experience and I will definitely stay here again when catching an early flight.

Our room was equipped with a microwave and fridge, and the beds had a great mix of labeled soft and firm pillows. The hotel also had a refrigerator in the room, spacious counters in the bathroom, and a full-length mirror. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, and the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The small but appetizing breakfast selection was a nice start to our day, with fresh bagels and good coffee.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to assist me as a solo traveler. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-Cups. The lobby amenities, such as the popcorn machine and complimentary coffee and cookies, were a nice touch. The location was convenient and the grab and go breakfast provided a great start to the day.
