Inconsistent housekeeping service, with dirty towels left on the floor and trash not being taken out on one occasion. Mediocre hot breakfast options, although a variety of other items were available.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Wisconsin Dells for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, including the beautiful pool area which was perfect for our 5-year-old. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted delicious. The room was spacious and well-lit, and the bed was super comfortable. it was a fantastic stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located close to tons of restaurants along the main road in the Dells. It was also just a short drive away from all the activities in the area, but far enough to be restful. The breakfast provided had lots of choices and was a good start to the day. a fantastic experience!

The staff was exceptional, especially Michael at the front desk. Amazing breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows. Perfect location, quiet and no traffic congestion. Clean rooms, great A/C. Delicious and convenient complimentary breakfast. Separate adult and kids pool sections with a fun slide.

The rooms are incredibly dark with blackout blinds. The breakfast has a wide selection. Indoor and outdoor swimming options are available. The whirlpool hot tub is spacious. The staff is friendly.

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. We also appreciated the easy access to the water park and the close proximity to several State Parks.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great experience overall - clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Good location near outlet malls and restaurants. Pool perfect for younger kids. Helpful staff when keycards didn't work and when there was no air conditioning in the lobby. Knew in advance that pools were out of order.

The breakfast had a wide variety, including hot food options. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for families with children. The breakfast restocker was friendly and helpful.

The front desk at HIE was incredibly helpful during our stay. We arrived early and they gave us great recommendations for local sights. They even refrigerated our perishable food for us! The lifeguard at the pool area was friendly and made sure the kids had a great time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the breakfast had a good selection. I had a wonderful experience at HIE Wisconsin Dells and would highly recommend it.

Super-friendly staff, great indoor pool with slide, accommodating to tired guests, easy access to mall and restaurants, Jim from housekeeping was very nice.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good on Saturday. The staff was friendly and professional. The pool area was well-maintained. The bed sheets and comforters were comfortable and clean.
