For the value we paid, our stay at the Holiday Inn was worth every penny. The room was comfortable and clean, with a modern and stylish bathroom. The location was great, with easy access to the highway and nearby dining options. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of me and my autistic son, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.

One thing that could have made the breakfast choices better was clearer communication about the available options. It would have been helpful to be informed about the $20 food credit per room for each day from the start, instead of finding out on our last day.

Great location near the airport and easy access to major highways. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the shuttle service to and from the airport was a convenient feature. Plus, the pool area was tropical and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

There were a few issues during my stay. the bathroom had some maintenance problems, such as a toilet that wouldn't flush and a faucet that fell off.

The hotel is located in a great spot, right in the middle to where the funeral would be in Pompano Beach and to where my aunt lived in North Miami Beach. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and extra amenities like fridges. The customer service is excellent, with a warm and friendly staff that is always willing to help.

We had a great experience at our hotel located close to everything from restaurants areas & shopping areas, to the port Everglades cruise terminal and the airport. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a fridge and a sink outside of the bathroom, which was convenient for us as a family with 2 small kids. The pool with a waterfall/whirlpool was the perfect place to relax after a long day.

Despite that, everything else met and exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I especially want to mention Eileen from the restaurant who went out of her way to help me get breakfast on my last day. the manager was also very accommodating in addressing any issues I had during my stay. the pool area was nice, with a pretty waterfall, although it was busier than I expected with a lot of families. I had a good experience at the Holiday Inn and would recommend it.

Secondly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure that I felt welcomed and taken care of. We stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect for us because we had to attend a funeral in Pompano beach, which was not too far from here. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent room service. The car hire, dry cleaning and airport shuttle service made our stay very convenient. The room was also well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing and we spent most of our time there.
