During our stay at The Rewind, we were impressed with the spacious and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was soft and cozy. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with plenty of towels and even makeup remover packages. The staff was exceptionally friendly and greeted us with a smile every time we entered or left the hotel. They were also helpful in providing additional pillows as requested. We appreciated the mini fridge in the room, as well as the option to work or eat at the table provided. The TV had a printed list of channels and an HBO guide, making it easy to find something to watch. We also enjoyed the convenience of free WiFi and the late check-out time of noon. Additionally, the indoor pool was clean and well-maintained, and the supplied towels were a thoughtful touch. our experience at The Rewind was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel also provided a list of TV channels and an HBO guide. The cleaning staff respected my privacy and the late check-out time of noon was a bonus. The free WiFi password was given upon arrival, and the hotel offered room service and breakfast options. As a bonus, since I am over 21, I received a free drink voucher for the bar located on the main floor. The indoor pool was clean and had towels readily available. the price, accommodations, and location were wonderful.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the breakfast options and the convenience of the electric vehicle charging stations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the choice of pillows allowed us to customize our sleeping experience. The hotel's location near shopping centers and major interstate highways was a major plus.

The phone in the room didn't work at all, couldn't set a wake-up call or order room service. Difficulty finding information about the hotel restaurant, had to eat leftovers and travel food instead.

The customer service at The Rewind was exceptional. From the warm greeting upon arrival, to the personalized service at the bar, and the shuttle ride provided at 4:40 a.m., the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room, although a little dated, was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also offers delicious food at their restaurant, and even provided a complimentary drink. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend The Rewind for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a great area with plenty of restaurants around. The complimentary breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection and the staff, like Bryn, are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and the check-in process with Michael was fast and friendly. The airport pick-up service provided by Jamie was also accommodating and polite.

The water pressure in the showers was very low, making it difficult to take a proper shower.

Thoroughly enjoyed gas fire pit. Convenient location for dining and shopping. Clean room with comfortable beds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The location was perfect, and the free drink voucher was a nice surprise. I also enjoyed sitting by the gas fire pit and the yummy breakfast buffet at Johnnies. I'll definitely be returning next year for our annual friend gathering!
