the doubletree is conveniently located very close to the west cal arena, making it easy to get around. the recent remodel gave rooms a fresh look, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch for nap time. i really enjoyed the large space in my queen room. The staff was incredibly friendly throughout my stay.

The staff were friendly and the 24/7 coffee bar was great for late-night snacks. Noise from the nearby freeway was distracting, making it hard to sleep.

I really loved my stay at Doubletree Sulphur Lake Charles. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with a choice of pillows that allowed for a restful night. The staff, including the front desk clerks, were exceptionally kind and helpful, making me feel truly valued during my visit.

The breakfast was overpriced for the quality offered.

the bathrooms were absolutely horrible, mine smelled moldy and had dark hairs not belonging to me, gross! breakfast was a major letdown too, especially for $15 a person, i woudl ve expected fresh juice, not this watery nonsense. honestly, as a guest who clearly deserves VIP treatment, no one even offered me a complimentary cookie greating, what a shame.

staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The hotel had a pleasing ambiance and was conveniently located near SPAR Water Park, which was perfect for my family. However, I felt that breakfast was overpriced, considering we enjoyed the cookies much more.

We had a delightful stay with our two kids! The hotel’s location was perfect for visiting Spar Water Park, and the staff made us feel right at home, just like when we saw Mrs Roxanne again. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Noise from the nearby freeway was distracting!!! Hot water issues left showers lukewarm during peak hours!!! Cleaning failed to meet expectations with noticeable cobwebs in public areas!!! The parking fee felt excessive!!!

Comfortable room, pleasant amenities, with a cozy atmosphere providing a warm welcome from the staff, an excellent location close to local attractions, and a complimentary water dispenser accessible in the fitness center.

The cleanliness throughout, including a fresh smell and spotless bathrooms, stands out. Additionally, the breakfast offers a good variety, though I would personally recommend the cookies over paying for breakfast again. Its proximity to local attractions like the Spar Water park adds to the convenience of the location.
