We had a small issue with our room being cleaned, but they promptly addressed it and made sure it was thoroughly cleaned. They were also accommodating when we asked them to hold our luggage, as we had a few extra hours before our departure. Despite the minor setbacks, the hotel room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Lic - Laguardia West, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are clean and modern. I was lucky enough to have a room with a stunning view of the city skyline, which added to the overall pleasant ambiance.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the absence of a microwave oven in my room and no breakfast being offered, these factors did not significantly impact my overall experience. I was able to use the microwave oven located on the ground floor near the reception desk, although it wasn't the most convenient option.

The two complementary benefits we received during our new year stay were a shuttle service to the nearest metro station and a delicious breakfast buffet that served some of the best croissants we’ve ever tasted. the hotel’s location was very convenient as it was close to the metro station, allowing us to reach downtown and touristy areas easily.

Although the hotel was located near the metro station, the surrounding neighbourhood was slightly unsafe, which made us feel a bit uneasy. the hotel room was smaller than expected for two people, which made us feel cramped.
