Great staff! When we arrived, we were initially given a dirty room, but the front desk quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a clean room. Even though the new room wasn't completely clean either, the staff were understanding and offered us a complimentary breakfast for our troubles. Despite the not-so-great breakfast, the staff's efforts to make things right were appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

The shower pressure was excellent and the bathroom's lighted mirror added a touch of serenity. The staff made check-in easy and were always friendly. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We were thrilled to find out that Holiday Inn Louisville East is pet-friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. I had a great first impression upon arrival at this hotel, and that positive experience lasted throughout my entire stay. The reception staff were very pleasant and the lobby had beautiful and tasteful furniture and finishings. The room I stayed in was clean and of a decent size. Despite it being a bit of a distance from the lifts, it was still manageable. The hotel's free parking was convenient, and its location close to the freeway made it easy to reach downtown and the airport. In addition, there were plenty of places to eat nearby, including a Kroger right behind the hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I struggled to find any drawbacks.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a fresh and pleasant smell. We had five pillows, which made our sleep incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, with plenty of towels and toilet paper provided. We loved having a chair and desk with a chair for our laptop and work. It was convenient to have an iron and ironing table as well. The location of the hotel was great, as there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
