I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the proximity to attractions. The staff was kind and helpful. My room featured a nice bathroom and a comfortable setup. It was quite convenient to grab a quick bite at the nearby restaurant. I appreciated the location near subway lines since I explored various parts of the city. Also, I had a decent experience as I traveled with my partner, enjoying the American vibe of the area.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

My experience was overshadowed by significant inconveniences. The lobby renovations were extensive, and the absence of the restaurant and bar made it difficult to find meals nearby. To top it off, the limited elevator access caused prolonged waiting times, further compounding our frustration when trying to reach our room after long days out.

The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from major attractions. I loved how comfy the bedding was—it helped me recharge after days of exploring! Even managed to snag a room with a fantastic view from the 20th floor. Don’t forget to grab complimentary coffee in the lobby!

However, the noise from ongoing renovations was quite disruptive, waking me up early each day. The front desk had a clunky process, and there were times when it felt like staff could care less about our concerns. Also, finding an open elevator was a challenge during peak hours.

We loved the excellent location, just a short walk to Penn Station and multiple subway stations, making our explorations so convenient. The rooms were clean and accommodating for our family of four, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping services which kept everything tidy during our stay.

We did experience long waits for the elevators during busy times.

Comfortable room, clean facilities, and excellent location made it easy to explore the city, with a late departure helping accommodate our travel plans conveniently.

Nothing could have been better.

We visited Central Park and enjoyed a lovely afternoon stroll. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating during our stay. The rooms were spacious enough for my family and aunt, making our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

My wife says that long elevator waits were frustrating.

The location is prime for exploring, and loved having a comfortable bed to relax in! Everything in the room worked well too.

Felt so at home, nothing to complain about.
