This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a 24-hour business center, and a bar/lounge area. The staff really helped us during my first stay with my elderly parents. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick meal. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

i almost thought this would be a good review, but then came the 30-minute shampoo delivery issue, just absurd! the room, though 'clean,' was smaller than expected, which makes one wonder how they can call it a king room. a complimentary welcome gift would’ve been nice, but i guess they treat everyone the same. shame really.

The room itself was nice, but the

bathroom could definitely be improved. The location made it easy to get to popular sites like the World Trade Center and the subway was conveniently close. I appreciated the friendly service, especially when they allowed us to check in early, which made our first day much smoother.

Fantastic location close to iconic attractions. The staff provided excellent assistance with room arrangements for our large family, making our stay very convenient!

Long waits for elevators were a common annoyance. Housekeeping was inconsistent, cleaning rooms only once during our stay, which was frustrating.

the location was decent, but waiting 30 minutes for shampoo was absurd. could we not have a personal concierge for such trivial matters? also, my room was smaller than a closet—definitelly not what i expected from a 'king room. ' a complimentary welcome gift would’ve been nice, but i guess same old treatment for everyone, unfortunate!

I had a frustrating experience with the service. There was a long wait for extra toiletries, which felt like a considerable inconvenience when I needed them. Additionally, the elevators often had lengthy wait times, making it even more irritating to navigate the hotel, especially during busy hours. Despite the hotel having strong points, these issues marred my overall experience.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was close to the 9/11 Memorial and we caught a Broadway show too. Rooms were clean and had good views. The staff was friendly and even let us check in early. We stored our luggage with no issues. I'd definitely recommend it for a fun trip with friends!

However, the elevator wait times were a bit frustrating, especially in the morning when checking out. We had to wait a while to get down to the ground floor, which was annoying.

We had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to the World Trade Center Memorial and catch a Broadway show. The room offered fantastic views, and the staff was awesome. Breakfast nearby was better than what the hotel offered, so skip the breakfast package. Definitely recommend this place for a fun trip.

The only downside was that we experienced a wait for extra toiletries, which was a bit of a hassle, but it didn't ruin our overall enjoyment.

the location is better than expected. just a short walk to historic sites and subway access. staff were always friendly and accommodating, quickly providing anything needed. beds were quite comfortable. breakfast options included traditional american choices, satisfying enough for a busy day.

The breakfast here was a standout. Wil D made each morning brighter with his energy and the food was fresh with great variety, even making my own waffles was a treat. I enjoyed unwinding at the cozy lounge after a long day and appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. Just a heads up, I did have a small wait for extra shampoo, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊
