The location was great, just one block from the subway. We felt safe walking the streets and there were lots of locals around. The staff were very friendly and the food and drinks were awesome.

This hotel is great for what we needed - close access to Manhattan and to the local village with its cafes and restaurants. The location is really good if you're a tourist, as it's close to two great metro stations that connect you to central NYC in just a few minutes. The staff was attentive and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. Our room was on the 10th floor and had a great view. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable, making it a good value for money.

We had an enjoyable stay with some great complementary extras such as free takeaways from the restaurant and the stunning Manhattan view from our room was unbeatable. the hotel had an ideal location that was both quiet and easily accessible by public transportation to all the nearby sights. Plus, the attached restaurant offered a good variety of breakfast options for a reasonable price.

One of our rooms was small compared to others, and some of the mattresses could use an upgrade. the cleaning staff did not replace the sheets during our entire stay, and we had to request them to be changed.

The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, allowing for easy access to central New York City within a few minutes. Guests can enjoy a short subway ride of only three stops to reach 5th Avenue.

My long-time boyfriend and I stayed at Holiday Inn in Long Island City for one night. We had a big event and didn't want to travel, so we were grateful when Elizabeth, the manager, allowed us a late check-in and a late check-out. The views from our room were amazing, overlooking Manhattan, and we couldn't stop gazing out the window. The room was comfortable and had a good size, with a fantastic bathroom and shower. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful, with the housekeeper checking in on us every morning.
