The front desk staff was excellent, providing great service during check-in. The restaurant was amazing and offered delicious meals. The hotel's convenient location near the docks and train station made it easy for those who needed to catch a ferry or take the Amtrak. The large, comfortable rooms with great beds and plenty of pillows were a priority for my wife. the staff was friendly and helpful, even recommending a wonderful Italian restaurant nearby.

The room was not cleaned for four days, and we had to request trash removal, clean towels, and toilet paper. The beds were not made, and the sheets were not changed.

Spacious and clean room with modern decor. The restaurant offers delicious halibut. Convenient location for Mitchell College parents and those traveling for business. Free shuttle service to Mohegan Sun Casino is a great bonus. Comfy beds and pillows provided a good night's sleep.

The Luna Restaurant offers a decent complimentary breakfast, which includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cold cereal.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the center of town! I had no trouble getting around and was able to walk to restaurants and attractions with ease. The staff here were also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and great wifi.

The hotel offers a nice room with newer furniture and fixtures. The wide hallways and large bathroom were a plus. The proximity to the Block Island Ferry dock is perfect for easy access. Lots of parking and a safe area, with the police station nearby.

We stayed at a hotel near the ferry during Christmas and found the key location to be very convenient. It was close to the highway, making it easy to get to our destination. The property seemed pretty clean, which was a plus.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel before catching the ferry in the morning. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the hotel room was spotless. The La Luna restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, and I particularly enjoyed the Wednesday night ladies special. Additionally, I was impressed by how respectfully and kindly they treated me and my service dog. This hotel was the perfect place to stay before my ferry trip.

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to the Amtrak train station, Mystic Aquarium, and Mohegan Sun Casino. We felt safe walking around the area, even at night, and enjoyed exploring the local Thai restaurant and coffee shop. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, making our 10-hour travel experience much more pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.
