perfect location for NYC adventures

Super clean and comfy place! Loved the Dove toiletries and the mini fridge in the room. Coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. Location is awesome—can hit all the major spots easily. Staff was helpful too. Just a bummer that the key cards kept getting zapped; had to keep running to the desk for new ones.

I had an amazing stay here! The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It's situated right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. I loved how safe it felt, both during the day and at night. There are plenty of coffee shops in the morning, and if you need anything else, there's a Duane Reade and 7/11 nearby. Plus, the hotel is surrounded by fantastic restaurants and clubs downtown, so there's no shortage of options for entertainment and dining.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the clean room. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Lower East Side and Soho. It was great being able to explore these vibrant neighborhoods. Plus, the shower in the room was really nice, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the exercise room was lacking with a few issues, like the water dispenser being empty and the elliptical machine being wobbly.

The hotel is situated near the subway station, making it very convenient to get around the city. Our room with the comfortable bed had a great view of the city. It was a good value for money, and we enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was accommodating and very helpful. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were kept very clean. The best part was that they provided Dove shampoos and toiletries, which were much better than the usual hotel offerings. We also loved that there was complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby, along with a coffee maker in the rooms. The location was perfect, as it was within 20-30 minutes of all the major attractions in the area. We highly recommend this place for the excellent value for money and the friendly staff!

The only issue we had was with the noise from the street as our room was on Delancey street. However, this was easily resolved by closing the windows.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the Williamsburg Bridge. The location was convenient, close to all the attractions we wanted to see, and the staff, especially Maria on the front desk, were incredibly cheerful and helpful.

It would have been better if the breakfast items were included, as they ended up being an additional cost. However, the management could consider specifying that breakfast will be served at a price from the start.

As older guests, we found the Holiday Inn Lower East Side to be a perfect choice. The facilities were convenient, including a clean room and a comfortable bed.
