Holiday Inn Ocean City boasts a fantastic beachfront location, perfect for families. Amenities like the pool and wheelchair accessibility for elderly guests were really appreciated. the hotel needs maintenance; our room had issues like a broken outdoor shower and loud AC units, which detracted from the experience.

We had a room with a nice view of the ocean, which made mornings special. The staff was friendly, always quick to help us with anything we needed.

It wasn't inexpensive, but I found the value reasonable for what we received.

Our family had an unforgettable time at the iconic Sun & Surf Cinema in Ocean City! The luxury recliner seating elevated our movie experience. Surrounded by top-tier golf courses, we enjoyed a unique and exciting adventure with each round!

The beach location was fantastic and the access to games in the games room was fun. The cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired, it became a bit of a hassle. Happy hour specials were good, but the rudeness of the restaurant staff overshadowed it.

The location is perfect – just minutes from the beach and away from the hustle! The staff were so friendly, especially Dawn, who made our stay even better. The outdoor pool area is amazing, and the onsite Italian restaurant served the best pizza ever!

The room was outdated and needed cleaning. We had a small ocean view and dealt with broken air conditioning. The restaurant host was rude, and housekeeping was slow. Construction noise was disruptive. The knocking sound after using the sink was annoying. However, the pool, beach, and location were great. The staff was friendly, and the beachfront view was fantastic.

The view from the room was not what we expected, and we were charged extra for a different room. The decorations feel dated, needing a fresh look. Despite these issues, the staff was kind and accommodating.
