Spacious parking lot made it easy to find a spot for my car. The location was very convenient, close to the attractions and activities in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

The shower had low water pressure, making it difficult to properly wash. The walls between rooms were thin, allowing noise from adjoining rooms to easily be heard.

Amazing staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, perfect location for All Star Village, close to Walmart for convenience.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn! the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a big super Walmart nearby. the pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. the staff, including Lewis at check-in and Hannah at check-out, were excellent. Despite not having breakfast often, when we did, it was very good. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a great experience at the hotel. the staff, particularly Ray and Austin, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Despite them being fully booked, they tried to find us a room with a king-size bed. the location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. the staff was welcoming and the housekeeping was friendly. the wifi and coffee were good, and the bathroom was nice. the outdoor amenities like the pool, fire pit, grills, and basketball court were a great plus.

the waffle machine caused waits.

The value for money at Quality Inn was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room equipped with new mattresses for a great night's sleep. We had a fantastic stay at the Quality Inn in Oneonta. the complimentary continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and spacious, with new mattresses that provided a comfortable night's sleep. We were also pleased with the proximity of the hotel to downtown Oneonta, as we were in town for a wedding. being a pet friendly hotel was a major plus for us.

We chose Quality Inn for its pet-friendly policy and were pleased they allowed our furry friend for a small fee. The rooms were a bit snug for a dog crate, but we managed. The location was convenient, close to baseball fields and stores. The staff was helpful and efficient, especially during breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Valerie, in particular, was exceptional. She was understanding, helpful, and made us feel welcome. She was also great with kids, which we really appreciated. the staff at Quality Inn were awesome and we would definitely come back when visiting the nearby breweries.

The property is spacious and surrounded by beautiful hills. Convenient location with easy access to highways. Room had a nice bed, fridge, and microwave. Towels were soft and fluffy. Breakfast selection varied and staff kept it clean and stocked. Great pool and friendly cleaning staff.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the excellent breakfast they served. It was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the outdoor pool was a definite highlight. Even though it was winter, the pool was heated and I was able to enjoy a refreshing swim.

One thing that disappointed me was the overall cleanliness of the hotel. There were unpleasant odors in the hallways and the rooms were not as clean as I had expected.
