We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and made our last-minute decision to stay here easy. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and we had a great chat with both the front desk lady and the gentleman working the night shift. The location was perfect, as it was pretty close to the beach and near everything we wanted to visit. We also loved that it was right on the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful ocean.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who were willing to answer all my questions about the area. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. I also appreciated the modern amenities in the room, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

One downside of my stay was the issue with the breakfast service. On the second morning, the staff at the front counter were rude when I asked about pancakes and orange juice.

We had a great time at Holiday Inn Panama City. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local seafood. They even surprised us with a couple of cup cards for our 46th wedding anniversary, making our stay extra special. The beds and pillows were amazing, and the rooms were clean and modern. We also enjoyed the festive Christmas decorations and music. It was a treat to have the pool and jacuzzi open late, especially since it was indoors. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms had a mildew smell, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. The hotel's claim of being 15 minutes away from the beach was not accurate, as it took almost 30 minutes to get there.

Upon arrival, I had mistakenly booked the wrong hotel, but the front desk staff at Holiday Inn Panama City made me feel at home and helped me sort out the situation. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the indoor pool was a great addition for my daughters. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast deal. I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the front desk to our room and even the pool area. The indoor pool was available 24 hours, which was amazing. We even went for a swim at 3am and when we realized there were no towels, the front desk promptly sent security with fresh ones. The location was also fantastic, with major restaurants within close proximity and a mall right across the street. Even though the hotel was not right on the beach, it was still very close, making it convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful coastline.

The room was comfortable and had a nice shower. The breakfast buffet was alright, but they also had a menu to order from. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us helpful information about the area. The pool and hot tub looked nice, although we didn't have a chance to use them.

The staff was amazing, so polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a good value with included tickets and free meals for kids under 11. The location was great, and there was a Mexican restaurant nearby. If traveling by car, parking was convenient.
