The hotel offers great value for money. With three pools including an adult pool, there's plenty of entertainment for guests. The holidome pool area is well-maintained and features ping pong and pool tables, a whirlpool, and a sauna. The entire hotel is clean, including the rooms which, although not the most comfortable, are tidy. The friendly staff add to the pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the location is ideal as it is surrounded by various dining and shopping options.

The pillows could use an upgrade.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The concierge level room we booked was spacious and comfortable, and the concierge lounge exceeded our expectations with its delicious breakfast. The indoor/outdoor pool was a unique feature, allowing us to swim outside when the weather was nice. The location, only 10 minutes from Bowling Green State University, was convenient for our visit. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the food was very good, and the Sunday breakfast brunch was excellent with lots of choices. The duty manager even took $50.00 off our night stay when we voiced our disappointments. The property had fun pools and activities for kids, as well as things for teens and adults. There were hot tubs, ping pong tables, a game room, bars, a restaurant. It's an old property but still lots of fun.

The hotel facilities, including the pools/spa, were great. The hotel had lots of towels, and the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant was also delicious, with a variety of options. The location was convenient and easily accessible, with lots of close parking.

The room was quite dark and lacked natural daylight due to facing the atrium. the bed was uncomfortably firm, and the bathroom was incredibly small and cramped.
