we loved our stay at holiday inn. the staff was fantastic, pool area great, and having applebee's next door was convenient. plenty to do outside the hotel, and pet-friendly with a fenced area for dogs to play. quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds.

The kids suite is fantastic for families, with Disney movies playing non-stop and a nearby arcade for entertainment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, boasting new fittings, excellent Wi-Fi, and luxurious beds. the pool view from my room was delightful, offering a relaxing experience.

The rooms had a slight damp smell, despite our efforts to ventilate. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue and consider replacing the carpets to enhance the overall experience.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Location

My recent stay at the hotel was comfortable, with a nice pool area and convenient transportation to Disney parks. the location close to Disney, entertainment options, and restaurants made it a great base for exploring the area. However, improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and staff communication.

The oversized outdoor pool, with Rocco's Rockin' Tiki bar, offers unlimited entertainment for the kids. My little ones were as excited as puppies at playtime, splashing around and enjoying the tropical drinks. The poolside Tiki Bar had something for everyone, and even our furry companion had a blast at this pet-friendly resort.

The room was large with comfortable beds and a great shower, but there were issues with water clogging. Despite the inconvenience, the manager promptly provided a refund. The location was convenient, and the balcony offered a lovely view, making it a relaxing spot to unwind.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast voucher system. It would be helpful if they provided more information about the voucher limits and breakfast timing upfront.

The general areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for senior people to move around and relax. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with clear signage and easy-to-navigate hallways, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.

I would ask for better vacation activities for senior people, as the children of the staff did not seem well-versed in providing recommendations tailored to our needs.

The hotel was super clean, staff was on point and everything was easy to ask for when we needed it! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, the king suite with bunk beds was perfect for my big fam, and the outside pool was awesome for everyone! 🌟

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop because it provides up to 300 people in flexible meeting rooms with wired internet access. The resort near Disney has six meeting rooms and two boardrooms, which was perfect for the large state-wide meeting I attended with The American Legion Riders of Florida.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for rooms that are clean and spacious. The attention to detail is evident, with all updated amenities and a balcony for relaxing. The location is conveniently close to everything, just across from the check-in area at the convention center. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast, included in the price, offers a few simple options to start your day off right.

the holiday inn was so clean, and its location is great – super close to the disney park without the stop hassle. we found some cool nearby restaurants too. the best part was having a restaurant on site that's open late. no dinner hassle for tired kids!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for all our Orlando attractions. It was conveniently situated near the convention center and just a short distance from all the parks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. We had a comfortable king-sized bed and all the basic amenities we needed. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive. Lastly, the prices were reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included as an option. We couldn't be happier with our stay.
