Located in the heart of the cool area, the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel offers a prime location for tourists. With stores and the beach just a stone's throw away, guests have everything they need within reach. The rooms are beautifully presented, modern, and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is efficient and helpful, providing excellent service. the bathroom is neat and the wave picture on the wall adds a touch of tranquility to the room.

The breakfast/coffee bar and kitchen area can get crowded during peak times, resulting in long lines to order.

our second stay in honolulu, outrigger never disappoints. friendly staff, clean rooms, and great views. we extended our stay and got a lovely city view room at a good price. can't wait to come back.

The location of the hotel, right in the heart of the action and opposite the Cheesecake Factory, was fantastic. We loved being able to see the ocean and Diamond Head from our room, even though we paid for a city view. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly the cleaning staff who always made sure our room looked amazing. We also appreciated the complimentary trolley and being able to walk to most places, which saved us money on a car rental. The proximity to the beach, as well as the abundance of restaurants and shopping nearby, made our stay even more enjoyable. a comfortable and stress-free vacation.

We were very impressed with the front desk staff at the hotel. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We even got a courtesy room for a quick freshen up before our late night flight. The central location was also a big plus, just a block away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Our room was nicely renovated and clean, with a partial ocean view. The hotel had a decent breakfast included, although it was basic. The valet parking service was fast and efficient. Despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

We loved the breakfast tickets included in our package and the adjacent restaurant. The pool and hot tub were fantastic - the hot tub was actually hot! The location was excellent, right in Waikiki and close to the beach. The AC, views, beds, and Wi-Fi were all excellent. Special shoutout to Kyle, the bell captain, who was incredibly considerate and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist us multiple times.

Our stay here was truly fantastic. The location of this place is unbeatable, within easy walking distance to everything from other restaurants, a grocery store, shops, and other attractions. The service provided by the staff was great, with room cleaning staff always helpful and accommodating, and the staff at reception and tour desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities provided in the rooms were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, a balcony, in-room safe.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

The best thing about our stay was the central location, making it easy for me to access the beach and enjoy various activities. The hotel had excellent wifi service, which was a great convenience. The staff provided exceptional customer service, making me feel well taken care of. The spacious and modern rooms were comfortable, and I particularly loved the comfortable beds. And as a bonus, I was able to join in morning yoga sessions during the week. It was also heartwarming to receive a card from the hotel management, showing their support for Australians affected by the bushfires.

The welcome drink and happy hour at the restaurant were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the variety of dining options available. We did have a slight issue with our reservation at the Reception Desk in the lobby. The process was a bit slow and the customer service wasn't the best.
