We were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail at the Holiday Inn. The renovated property had a welcoming lobby and our room was immaculate. The comfortable bed and soft sheets made for a great night's sleep. The location was also convenient with nearby dining options within walking distance.

It was a bit disappointing to find that the walk-in price was much higher than the online options, even as an IHG member. Additionally, the lack of smoking rooms was not clearly communicated, and we would have preferred a room with a private balcony or outside access.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with cute seating and numerous ports and outlets. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The bathroom was smallish but functional, with great complimentary soaps. The breakfast was hearty, inexpensive, and family-friendly. Several dining options were conveniently located nearby. GPS navigation made it easy to explore other areas.

It was a great way to start my day and added excellent value to my stay.

There were quite a few negatives that impacted my stay. the check, in process was confusing and the staff didn't adequately explain the policies or the opt, in options, resulting in unwanted promotional calls.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right next to the highway was convenient for our stopover on our way to our destination. The front desk staff were excellent, providing friendly and welcoming service. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. The bathroom was also well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary soaps, which were of the Dove brand. The breakfast options were hearty and reasonably priced. Additionally, we loved the abundance of ports and outlets in the room, as well as the cozy seating areas. There were also great dining options nearby.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn off of I-95 US 64 for a quick overnight trip. The location was convenient and easy to find from the highway. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially the gentleman at the check-in desk, were helpful and friendly. I will definitely book at this hotel again in the future.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Rocky Mount! The location right off Interstate 95 made it so convenient for us to get to. The on-site restaurant was a great feature, especially for our family. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. The staff, particularly William and Amy, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. William was so helpful in accommodating our needs, especially for my mother who uses a wheelchair. He even arranged for our family to have rooms close to each other on the same floor, which made things so much easier for all of us. Amy greeted us with a warm smile and her funny personality brightened our mornings. We also enjoyed conversations with her at the Bistro Cafe. Her attentiveness and quick wit made the experience memorable. We can't wait to visit again soon!

The hotel was also family-friendly, accommodating my need to have rooms near each other for easy mobility.
