The room size comfortably accommodated my family of 4. The bed was cozy and the room was clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly. The front desk and waitstaff were excellent and provided complimentary breakfast vouchers with a wide variety of options.

This hotel is perfect for a quick stopover due to its central location. It's close to the outlet mall and downtown area of the city, which is great when you're not familiar with the area. The service provided by the staff was great, and even though breakfast wasn't included, the amenities provided more than made up for it. Our room had a comfortable king bed and plenty of useful amenities.

The walls were a bit thin, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late because we had our dog with us for an event at the nearby university. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and super clean. It was a great value for the price.

Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel due to heavy traffic on the feeder road. No side or back entrance to the hotel, making it frustrating to make a second attempt to enter.

The hotel's convenient location and its attractive outdoor pool and hot tub were major draws for our family with 2 small kids. The rooms were well-appointed and the beds provided a comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff even went the extra mile by calling to check on us during our stay.

The hotel offered two complementary amenities which were greatly appreciated during my business trip. the location of the hotel was conveniently located near key transportation hubs and dining options. I enjoyed the comfortable and well-stocked rooms.

The hotel staff at Holiday Inn went above and beyond to ensure our conference was a success. They were competent, friendly, and extremely helpful in setting up our demonstrations. The food exceeded our expectations, far better than what you would typically find at a hotel. The staff leader was knowledgeable and solved any problems that arose, or quickly found an expert who could. We will definitely be returning for our next conference. I highly recommend this hotel.

The fish tacos at the hotel restaurant were amazing, which is why we ate them three nights in a row. The front desk was excellent, providing us with complimentary breakfast vouchers that offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the downtown area of San Marcos and right off I-35. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a great feature, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Additionally, we appreciated the front desk checking in on us the first night.

This hotel had some seriously good things - close to the outlet shops, amazing staff, clean rooms. The meals were great each night and the chef came out to check all was ok. Owen the bar manager was brilliant. Extremely friendly and helpful - he gave lots of great suggestions for sightseeing in the area. The breakfast was nice with lots of variety. The location is centrally located to all the attractions and is nice for visiting parents.

The breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee. The cups were small and there was no offer for more hot water.
