The location of this hotel is great as it is close to many St Louis attractions. It is also nicely renovated and close to restaurants in the St Louis area. The rooms are huge and the beds are extremely comfy. The pool area is indoor/outdoor, allowing for relaxation no matter the weather. The staff was also helpful when we needed to extend our stay.

The cost of laundry at this hotel is a bit high.

The laminate flooring is nice. Mini fridge and office chair are comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pools available. Polite staff. Good pillow options. Channels on TV.

Unexpected Act of Kindness!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn in St Louis. During my stay, my young son accidentally left his tooth fairy money in our room. After realizing it, I called the hotel front desk and spoke to the manager. She personally searched for the money, but unfortunately, it wasn't found. However, without hesitation, she generously gave us $10 from the reception cash register.

During my recent visit to St. Louis, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel conveniently located near St. Charles and other attractions. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for me and my companions. The hotel's proximity to places like the Butterfly House, Shogun steakhouse, Grant's Farm, and Magic House made our sightseeing adventure effortless. The availability of WiFi was a relief after being without my computer for several days.

Although I would have loved a continental breakfast, the absence of one was a minor drawback. Additionally, while our rooms didn't have a microwave or fridge, I understand that some other rooms might.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in St. Louis. The location was perfect for me as it was right off of I-44, making it easy to get to a variety of attractions. Plus, there was plenty of free parking and it was easy to get in and out of. I also loved that there was a Starbucks next door, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. Not to mention, there was a Historic Route 66 sign practically across the street for those classic photo ops. And if you're up for some adventure, Lone Elk Park and the Budweiser plant are just a few miles away, making it convenient for exploring. the hotel provided great value for money with its affordable rates and basic amenities. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. Plus, the breakfast at the IHOP across the street had a nice selection to choose from on the menu.

All was good, nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

Not one thing.

What a relief it was, coming in from a heavy rainstorm, to be greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I stayed on the 4th floor, and despite there being a noisy gathering right off the lobby, my room was incredibly quiet. The room itself was spotless, with beautiful laminated flooring and a spacious, comfortable bed with plush pillows. I was also impressed by the charming signs at each elevator exit, reminding guests to be respectful during quiet hours. The new management has truly made this Holiday Inn a haven for a peaceful night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel for a restful stay.

This hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to the interstate and plenty of free parking. We loved that there was a Starbucks nearby and a Historic Route 66 sign for photo opportunities. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four.
