This hotel is a great value for money. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the clean and well-rolled towels to the soft and comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton thread sheets. The rooms are spacious, with a nice decor and a huge flatscreen TV. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided, such as the Keurig coffee machine, fridge, and microwave, make the stay more comfortable. Additionally, the location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown and the capital.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Charleston for a family vacation. The staff was outstanding, from Kodi at the front desk to Richard at the breakfast buffet. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. I particularly loved the water wall in the lobby - a unique touch. The location was perfect, right by the elevator and close to the ice and pop machines. The pool was a nice addition, and there was a convenient bar/restaurant on the property.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location next to the interstate. The fact that they allowed dogs was a major plus for me, as many pet-friendly places can be disappointing. The hotel had everything I needed, including a restaurant on-site and comfortable beds. The pool and spa were great, especially since there were no kids during my stay. I had a fantastic experience.

Our stay at Holiday Inn in Charleston was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub at the hotel, and the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to a nearby Mexican restaurant which had delicious food. our stay at Holiday Inn was fantastic and we would definitely return.

One drawback was that the bed was too high for a short person like me to easily get in and out of. Additionally, the hotel was located in an industrial area which initially seemed depressing and unsafe with some people hanging out in the parking lot.

The pool and hot tub staying open until midnight was a major plus! It was a great opportunity to relax and meet some friendly adults in the evening. The hotel cleaning staff was not only nice, but they also had a great sense of humor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the pool area with the hot tub and fountains for the kids. It provided a fun and entertaining experience.

While the hotel had a lot of positive aspects, there were a few downsides. The staff at the front desk could have been more attentive and friendly upon check-in.
