During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff provided exceptional customer service and were extremely friendly. Everyone from the restaurant server to the housekeeping staff greeted me with a smile. I particularly appreciated the front desk staff, who went above and beyond by accommodating my request for a late check-out and even offering shuttle service to the parade route. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, making it convenient for me to explore the area. Additionally, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

There were a couple of things that I didn't quite enjoy. the gym was quite cold, which made my workout a bit uncomfortable.

My favorite place. The rooms at this hotel were amazing - clean, spacious, and elegant. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast served was hot, freshly made, and delicious. The air conditioning in the room kept it cool, even in the scorching Yuma heat. Parking was ample for both guests and visitors, and they even had a large room for hosting wedding receptions. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable accommodations and amenities.

Nothing not to like.

The view from our room on the fourth floor was absolutely fantastic! We could see the beautiful desert landscape stretching out before us. the staff at the hotel were also really great. They were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Another thing we really liked about the hotel was the breakfast. the food was well-cooked and served, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal.

One thing that we didn't like about our stay was the Wi-Fi. It was slow and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating.

Moreover, the hotel had all the essential services within easy reach, making my stay incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, complete with a work desk, large TV, and a small kitchen area. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a delightful surprise. Cooked to order, it was hot, freshly made, and absolutely delicious.

All in all, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! The staff is courteous and attentive to needs, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast served here is well cooked and delicious - just like the one described by a previous reviewer!

All was okay.

The maid service was nonexistent, as we never once had our room cleaned or received fresh towels. We even had to purchase our own shampoo and empty our own trash. It was frustrating, especially when we had small children with us and couldn't clean up properly. The hotel's location was convenient, with markets, shopping malls, and grocery stores nearby, but the lack of cleanliness and service overshadowed these positives.

The kitchen staff was extremely slow and unaccommodating. Despite receiving a $5 off coupon from the front desk, they didn't honor it.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The pool was amazing, and the food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. Even though our room was near the highway, the noise didn't bother us. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Basic hotel, clean, with pool. Friendly staff. Plenty to do in the area, including a visit to the nearby prison. Convenient cinema, restaurants, and shops. Pleased with our find.
