Room maintenance issues, unclear payment policies, and a feeling of nickel-and-diming for amenities. Needed better communication and more attention to detail for the price paid.

Arrived late to find a well-lit cabin with my name clearly marked on the door, even though the email directions were unclear. the cozy room had no pet hair, and the flat-screen TV was a nice surprise. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
