Conveniently located and easy to walk to popular attractions. The breakfast burrito at the hotel restaurant was exceptional and definitely worth trying. All the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The lack of amenities was a major disappointment. None of the advertised facilities were open during our stay, and the lack of housekeeping was not disclosed beforehand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, with the staff remembering my preferences and always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The decor of the hotel was simply stunning, with a chic and modern art deco style that added a touch of sophistication to the surroundings.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to have a larger menu selection for room service. But overall, this place was a gem of a find.

We had a great stay at Holston House, just off Broadway. The staff was very accommodating, even finding us a microwave for our leftover food. Despite some nearby construction, the noise wasn't too bothersome. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff was friendly and informative, and we loved the upgraded room for my husband's birthday. The amenities were fantastic, especially the amazing shower. We were impressed with how they handled a room issue and hope to stay here again.

The hotel's European chic decor impressed us, creating a stylish and romantic atmosphere. We loved the key location, being just steps away from downtown Broadway, making it perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife. Another highlight was the friendly and helpful staff who provided genuine hospitality throughout our stay.

The lack of vending machines for late-night snacks was inconvenient. the barn style door in our room's bathroom lacked privacy.

The hotel itself is beautiful and offers a unique and enjoyable vibe. The lobby and restaurant/bar area were my favorite spots, with a very personable and friendly staff.
