Some staff members lacked hospitality skills, with one being particularly rude. Room service was inconsistent, and noise disturbances from other guests made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Traveling for baseball, we enjoyed a pleasant stay at Home2 Suites. the delicious oatmeal bar at breakfast stood out, complemented by comfy beds and impeccably clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly, and the laundry area was a bonus for our uniforms. Despite my usual trouble sleeping in new places, I slept soundly here. Great location and value too!

The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic AC system that kept us cool all night. We also appreciated how clean and fresh the lobby and entrance area were, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The parking lot was well-lit, giving us a sense of security.

One minor drawback was that we couldn't find Span Way road on our maps, but we managed to get directions by typing in the address of a nearby restaurant. Additionally, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, with mostly frozen and processed foods that were heated to serve.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with local restaurants nearby such as David's Burger and Span Way road easily accessible. The rooms are nicely appointed and very spacious, with comfortable beds and pumping AC. The breakfast is fantastic, with delicious waffles and a good variety of food options.

I found the desk staff to be lacking in hospitality training. Some of them were rude and unhelpful, and the hotel did not provide regular room service despite multiple requests.
