The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, felt like laying on a cloud. The rooms were spacious and gave a lot of space to move around. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, with lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance.

The fire alarm went off at 4 am and we were stuck outside for 45 minutes, which was very inconvenient. The hard boiled eggs at breakfast tasted old and rubbery.

The staff, especially the two women at the front desk, were lovely and always helpful.
