Spacious and well-stocked rooms.

During my stay, I found the housekeeping service to be extremely lacking. Despite requesting assistance multiple times, I only received proper housekeeping on the day before my departure, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, particularly for those with dietary restrictions. It left me feeling disappointed, as I expected more from my experience at Home2 Suites.

I had an amazing time at Home2 Suites in Johnson City! The hotel was super clean, and I loved the saline-based pool. The breakfast was fantastic with numerous healthy options, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Rebecca at the front desk made me feel so welcome, and Alex went above and beyond to help with my car situation. They truly made my stay memorable!

The brekkie was a proper winner—so many options to keep us fueled. Room was super clean and comfy. I loved the kitchenette for making my own cuppa. The staff were lovely, made us feel right at home!

Just a pity about the loud heater—didn’t make for the most peaceful snooze!

this place is just a joke. housekeeping showed up once, and the toilet paper situation was embarrassing! absolutely no attention to detail from the staff. I woudl ve expected at least a free upgrade for that pain but no, just utter negligence. I almost thought of giving a good review, but the disappointment is just too much.

Oi, this place was a right gem! The saline-based pool was lush, and the staff were lovely, real down-to-earth folks. Just a shame the bathroom was a bit tight, felt like I was in a shoebox! Still, I'd pop back, fer sure.

I was really disappointed with the lack of housekeeping during our stay. Despite requesting service multiple times, we only received it on the last day, which resulted in running out of essential items like toilet paper and towels. This was especially frustrating because we were staying for six days, and I expected much better service based on previous experiences with Home2 Suites.

this hotel was such a disappointment! The bathroom was cramped, and housekeeping showed up just once. I really expected a complimentary gift for my troubles but received absolutely nothing. I almost thought of giving a good review because the saline pool was nice, but the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. Unbelievable service!

My stay at this hotel was just fantastic as it’s a short walk to Maple Street Biscuit Company for breakfast and surrounded by several parks like Founders Park, which was a blissful spot for a leisurely stroll on a sunny day.

Impressed by the cleanliness and the fantastic breakfast options (the coffee was strong! ). The indoor pool was a nice touch and the staff was super friendly. Great location near major shopping areas.

Could use a bit more variety in the snack options available in the lobby.

Just a solid selection for a weekend excursion in Johnson City with reasonable value. The breakfast setup was good, with a variety of options that kept us fueled for the day. Bring extra snacks if you can, as some items in the lobby may not last long.
