We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton HOME2 in La Crosse. The location was perfect, right downtown and close to all the fun places. Our room was spotless and modern, and the TOTALLY BLACK-OUT curtains made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast had interesting additions, and the kitchen area in our room was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in La Crosse.

The check-in staff were really helpful and friendly. the breakfast was the best I've had for free at a hotel. the parking was very easy.

The microwave in the room didn't warm the food quite to par. the bag left in the breakfast area was not immediately found and it would have been nice if they had offered to ship it overnight.

As someone traveling with a pet, I found Home2 Suites By Hilton to be wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated the shower stall, which was a great alternative to the usual shower in a tub, considering my arm was wrapped and immobilized. The wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel were a thoughtful touch. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. The parking was both convenient and safe, and the room was clean with ample towels. The fridge worked well, keeping my perishables fresh. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. a great experience.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites in downtown La Crosse for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us, even helping us light the fire pit on the patio. The room was spacious and well laid out, and the breakfast options were good. I especially enjoyed the cozy patio with a fire pit, a wonderful way to unwind each evening. a fantastic stay!

Great location with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the riverfront area. Free parking available in a nearby multi-storey car park, a convenient option when the hotel's car park is full. Enjoyed the included hot breakfast, a nice bonus for starting the day.

Sofa bed in the room was uncomfortable and seemed old and springy. Room reservation for a child resulted in a king-size bed and a pullout sofa, which was disappointing for the price paid.
