The location of the hotel was ideal for my needs, as it was close to the main attractions and convenient for my business trips. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the continental breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, with noticeable issues in the hallways and rooms, such as dirty carpets, hair in the shower, and dusty areas. the maintenance of certain areas, like the elevator and table outside the elevator, seemed to be neglected.

This hotel is the perfect place to base yourself for exploring the area. Not only is it close to everything Southaven has to offer, but there are also several nice restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well-appointed with a functional kitchen, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, the daily breakfast is pretty darn good.

The decor in some areas of the hotel may not quite hit the mark for some guests.

I received complementary snacks upon arrival and the front desk staff provided me with helpful information about the surrounding area, including key locations for dining and entertainment. the hotel offered a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was convenient and saved me money on transportation.

While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, the noise level from outside and in the hallways could be distracting at times, especially during the earlier hours of the morning. the furnishings in my room showed signs of wear and tear and could use updating.
