I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to main roads. The staff was extremely friendly and took great care of the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was well equipped and spacious. The comfortable bed and excellent pillows provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and exceeded my expectations. this hotel had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for my city break. the shower had a convenient dispenser for shower gel, which was a nice touch. the breakfast provided was enjoyable and filling, and I particularly loved the nearby restaurant Tres. It became my go-to spot during my stay.

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom during my stay. It was quite bothersome and disrupted my overall experience.

The location was amazing, with easy access to major highways. The variety of HBO channels available was impressive. The staff, especially the curly-haired lady with glasses, provided exceptional service and made me feel valued. The hotel was quiet, safe, and had well-maintained facilities like the gym and pool. The complimentary laundry room was a pleasant surprise.

One major downside was the lack of staff and vending machines at the hotel. It was frustrating to have to go next door or to the nearby restaurant for something as simple as a bottle of water.

Our recent stay at Home2 Suites was overall quite pleasant. The location was excellent, as we were close to everything we wanted to visit in Phoenix-Tempe. The room size and layout were great, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool and gym facilities were also a highlight, allowing us to stay active during our stay. Additionally, the unexpected surprise of a free laundry room was a convenient bonus, making it easy for us to freshen up our clothes during our trip.

Great location near major roads and attractions, free laundry room, and diverse HBO channels are the best aspects of this hotel. the room sizes and the comfortable bedding within the spacious suites are also great.

Some of the negative aspects of this hotel are the high prices for drinks and paid breakfast, and some rooms having too much road noise. some rooms could use some upgrades, as the floors and carpets felt unclean, resulting in a slippery feeling underfoot.

The bathroom door was broken and despite requesting repair during my 5-night stay, it was never fixed. There was excessive noise from the room above, which I complained about for three nights with no resolution until the last night.
