From the moment I called to book the room, Charity was helpful and friendly. the room itself was clean and well-stocked with dishes and appliances, including a dishwasher, which was a great convenience. the breakfast options were delicious and the staff member managing the counter was always kind and accommodating. the hotel's location is also a big plus, with restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store conveniently across the street.

There was one drawback during my stay. the washer and dryer at the hotel were outdated and sometimes took a long time to dry the clothes.

They even made an effort to find heavy duty hand cleaner when requested. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with many restaurants and a healthy grocery store within walking distance. we felt well taken care of and comfortable during our stay.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, going out of their way to make our stay special. When they found out we were in town for a funeral, they upgraded us to a suite. The breakfast was great and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was kind, attentive, and understanding when there was a discrepancy in the total price at check-in. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Reception staff was very attentive and quickly fixed our room's lighting issue. The room didn't match our reservation, but the hotel resolved it. Tammy from housekeeping went above and beyond, even flipping the mattress. Leah and another staff member were helpful, while one morning staff member could have been more friendly.
