We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was easy and we felt welcomed from the moment we entered the lobby. The beds were comfortable and my dad especially loved the pillows. The breakfast selection was good with a variety of options to choose from. They even had egg dishes that you could microwave. The breakfast filled us up and my dad, who has food restrictions, was able to put together a meal. The hotel had hot water available 24/7 for hot chocolate, hot tea, decaf coffee, and regular coffee. We also appreciated the green apples at the front desk. The pool was open until 11pm and the shower had hot water with good pressure. The towels in the bathroom and pool area were nice. Our room had a microwave, kitchen sink with disposal, and a refrigerator. It also had a couch and a portable desk/dining table. The outdoor sitting areas, including one with a fire pit, were a nice touch. We liked that there were grills available for guest use as well. The paved walking path around the hotel and the smoking shelter area were additional amenities that we appreciated. The hotel had a modern and pleasing color scheme and appeared to be fairly new. Lastly, the location was conveniently close to the WOW aquarium.

We felt more than at home and had no complaints during our stay.

The rooms were HUGE with beautiful colors and decor, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The full kitchen was a fantastic addition, complete with a microwave, kitchen sink with disposal, and apartment-sized refrigerator. It was very efficient yet had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. the price was good for our needs, especially since we needed three beds. the hotel had an indoor pool, which was a nice addition to our stay.

We had a difficult time finding the hotel because the signage was small and hard to see. the front desk gave us a hard time when we asked for an extra towel, and they wanted to charge us for it.
