My family and I enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites! The heated pool was perfect for our evening swims, and we loved the outdoor BBQ area—grilling felt just like home. The staff were super friendly and responsive, especially during breakfast rush hour. they were quick to restock items and keep everything tidy.

On the downside, I found the breakfast selections a bit limited and overly spicy for my taste, so it would have been nice to see some plainer options available. Also, late checkout communication wasn't very clear, as we were checked on multiple times for cleaning while we were still packing up.

I thought the property was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially during a power outage when they assisted guests down dark stairwells. The outdoor BBQ amenities were a nice feature, allowing me to cook and enjoy meals outdoors. The heated pool was pleasant, making for a relaxing experience.

The kitchenette setup was so convenient for snacks.

I was genuinely looking forward to a comfortable stay, but we encountered numerous issues that overshadowed our experience. Despite requesting room cleaning multiple times, our room went untouched for the entire duration of our 5-night stay, leaving us without fresh towels or replenished essentials. The communication regarding cleaning services seemed to be ineffective, and it was disheartening to face such unresponsiveness from the staff when we brought these concerns up. Overall, it felt much less welcoming than expected.

The outdoor BBQ amenities were a delightful surprise! It felt just like home grilling under the stars. The heated pool was open until 10 PM, making our evenings relaxing.

Breakfast options were a letdown. Nearly everything seemed frozen and too spicy for my taste. A plain egg option would have made it better. The cleaning service could also use some improvement.

Our family stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Vero Beach from April 8th to 9th, and it felt like we checked into an upscale reality TV show! The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff greeted us like we were long-lost friends, and the decor was so delightful I half-expected it to be featured in an interior design magazine. We had enough room to stretch out, and the kitchenette setup was so convenient we could’ve whipped up an award-winning meal—if only we didn’t rely on take-out! We're already excited about our next visit!
