Exceptional customer service from Miracle and Kiyah, phenomenal breakfast with friendly Jessica, gorgeous and comfortable rooms with spacious layouts, positive and enthusiastic staff, amazing lobby spaces for working and relaxing, clean and well-decorated facilities.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites and it was such a positive experience. the staff were kind and enthusiastic, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel was gorgeous, with the room being roomy and well-designed. We loved the separate room with the kitchenette, as well as the comfortable living room space. the lobby was amazing, offering spaces for work, relaxation, and dining. we highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when in the area.

Good location near mall and pet-friendly atmosphere with provided bags for dog walking. Great for folks who want to bring their furry friends along on their travels. the area around the hotel is great for dog walks, as it is filled with grass and greenery.

The cleaning staff needs better supervision and training. the hallways were often cluttered with bags of trash and the cleaning was inconsistent.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had plenty of activities including an indoor pool and pool table. The staff were accommodating and friendly, answering any questions I had. The breakfast had a variety of options and there was an outdoor grill available. It was conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

I loved feeling connected at the extended-stay hotel. Late check-out was a treat! Close to airport, universities, and the mall. Played billiards and enjoyed the indoor pool. Great amenities and service!
