We had an excellent and memorable stay at this hotel. The spacious and modern room surpassed our expectations and provided one of the best hotel experiences we have had in years. The view from our room was spectacular, and the hotel's location downtown was perfect. We were pleased to find that this hotel was within walking distance of several great restaurants, and it was conveniently located near the Five Points South neighborhood. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the well-maintained facilities showcased the attention to detail. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was well stocked. The staff, especially Tiffiani during the evening, went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I stayed at Homewood Suites for a one-night getaway and it was absolutely amazing! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils in case I wanted to cook. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the service was outstanding. A special mention to the woman in charge on 10/13 who checked on everyone in the room to make sure they had everything they needed. I have never experienced such attentive service during a continental breakfast. my stay was perfect and I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. Two thumbs up!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. the indoor pool kept our children entertained, and the spacious room easily accommodated our family of five. We also loved the secure parking, which was convenient and worth the extra cost.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with prepackaged eggs that were cold and burnt, and soggy potatoes. the limited choice of meat was also a letdown.

Front desk offered friendly service, provided water while we waited for our room, and even gave our kids some Starburst. The room was spacious, check-in process was quick, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast with various creamer options for coffee. The location was great, with the hotel being quiet and the staff being friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience for families.

I had a fantastic stay at a great value. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, with a separate sleeping area and big bathroom. The location was convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and enjoyment throughout our stay. I especially loved the social gathering downstairs with free drinks and snacks, and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including the option to make your own waffles. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were all friendly and helpful. Diane at the front desk was particularly great!

The food for breakfast could have been improved by providing drapes that could block out some light for those who wanted to sleep in.
