The rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop are like a dream come true for budget travellers like me. I felt like a master chef in the fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The separate living and sleeping areas made me feel right at home, and the city views were absolutely stunning.

I found the free daily manager's reception a bit crowded, but I know others might enjoy the lively atmosphere.

The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations on transport and restaurants. The location provided easy access to public transportation and had a stunning 180-degree view of the city and Grant Park. The hotel was conveniently located near the Shedd and Field Museums. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen with a full refrigerator was a great convenience. Grocery stores were also nearby.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

For the price, this hotel is great value for money. The location is perfect; it's right in the heart of downtown near lots of restaurants, and the train station is close by. The attention to detail in the rooms, with free wifi and breakfast included, is fantastic. I also appreciated the variety of fruit provided at breakfast each day.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location, with easy access to the train station just a short walk away. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views of the city, particularly from higher floors. Fully equipped kitchens in the rooms give guests the option to dine in.

I loved the spacious room layout and comfortable bed. The gym facility was always clean and never too busy. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby stores and restaurants. Maya, the front desk representative, was very professional and provided excellent service. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious with a fan and automatic curtains. The staff is accommodating and kind, especially Maya the manager. The hotel is clean and well-maintained with a secure key/card system for entry. The location is ideal for exploring parks, Lake Michigan, and nearby restaurants. The kitchen is a nice addition for longer stays.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and welcoming apartment that we got. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the small but nice swimming pool with a picturesque view. the location was perfect, close to a train station and with a wide range of restaurants nearby.

There were some aspects that could have been improved. the lights in the room were not intense enough, making the room dark even during the day.

My Easter vacation was not very satisfying, but there were still some positive aspects. I was pleased with the free hot drinks which were offered, they were a pleasant bonus. the hotel was located very centrally, very close to a train station and there were many restaurants to choose from. Lastly, I enjoyed the nice view of the surrounding area from my room.

the housekeeping was only done after 3 days, which is far too long for me. I found that the toiletries provided were not enough to last me for 3 days either.

Nothing it was perfect.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring and so close to the train station. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless with all the amenities I needed, like tea and coffee facilities and a comfortable sitting area. Plus, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were so refreshing after a day of sightseeing.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
