The customer service at this hotel was exceptional, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable king size bed. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold items. the location was perfect, with easy access to OSU, downtown, and other areas of Columbus.

The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but this is just a personal preference.

This hotel is perfect for any event that is at Ohio State. It is great for visiting OSU or popping downtown to the arena district or the short north. The rooms during my stay were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazing, providing excellent service and attention to detail. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient self-service laundry with 2 washing and 2 drying machines that are coin operated.
