The size of the rooms was spacious and allowed for comfortable movement. the hotel had a nice open space upon entering, which created a pleasant atmosphere. the pool area seemed well-maintained and inviting for relaxation.

The rooms were in need of repairs as both the pull-out bed and couch bed had stained mattresses. the walls had mildew on them, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.

Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with full kitchens, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Covington! the value for money was excellent - I didn't want to spend a fortune in New Orleans, so this hotel was perfect. Secondly, the location was ideal. It was in a quiet area, away from the busy city, but still close enough to easily reach all the attractions in New Orleans. Lastly, the rooms were great. They had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, which was a lifesaver. The AC worked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Everything was fantastic, no improvements needed!

Amazing Customer Service

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled and there were no available rooms. I was very frustrated, but the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They found a room for us to stay in, even though it wasn't originally booked under our name. The staff was so friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Despite this initial setback, the hotel staff made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Complementary breakfast and spacious rooms were good. the hotel location near the airport was convenient. the pool was a plus.

The cleanliness was subpar, with stains on bed sheets and furniture. the amenities like the faucet and toilet needed repairs.
