The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With reasonable prices and attention to detail, it's definitely worth it. The location is great for light rail access to the city, which is convenient. Additionally, being surrounded by shopping and plenty of dining options is a major plus. The service provided by the staff, including management and the GM, is top-notch. The basic amenities offered, such as rooms with a small kitchenette, large refrigerator, and microwave, are a great addition. Speaking of which, the rooms themselves are really clean, spacious, and comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, the staff wasn't very welcoming and there were a few amenities that were not in great condition. The fitness room and hot tub were not well-maintained which ruined the 'relax' part of the vacation.
