My stay at Homewood Suites was fantastic! I was in Florence for a quick weekend getaway and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern design. The amenities were all present and top-notch. The staff, especially Ms. Audrey McKenzie, were incredibly kind and competent, making us feel like royalty. They even brought us replacement batteries for the remote control within seconds of our request. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus, saving us time and money during our stay. everything about Homewood Suites was excellent, from the room to the staff to the amenities.

Conveniently located off I95 with well-lit parking lot. Impressive lobby and dining area with cozy fireplace. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the 5-7pm snack, a satisfying meal in itself. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The amenities were some of our favorites, and we especially enjoyed the walk-in shower and the convenient kitchen and fridge. Located in a vibrant and newly redeveloped area, this hotel offers large, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is a treat and fuels the day ahead. The staff is on-point and provide great service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. For those needing long-term accommodation, the kitchenette is well-equipped with appliances and utensils. There is plenty of parking right outside making it easy to access facilities such as the shop.

Great breakfast, large rooms, and convenient location near a mall. Poor signage around the hotel makes it difficult to find without a GPS device. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. The carpets were stained and not properly vacuumed, the kitchen and bathroom floors and counters were dirty, and the couch had stains.

The room exceeded expectations, with a cozy couch and a useful kitchen and fridge. the walk-in shower was a great touch, and the desk was perfect for both relaxing and working. the convenient location made it easy to access key locations, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast was disappointing and overpriced, not living up to the standards of other hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, the cleanliness of the kitchen area was subpar, with crumbs in the fridge and a dirty bacon cooker found in the microwave.
